Dangote Refinery Partners with Vinmar for Polypropylene Exports

Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals has entered into a strategic partnership with Vinmar Group, a global petrochemicals distributor, to export polypropylene to international markets.  This aligns with the recent launch of Dangote's $2 billion petrochemical plant in Lagos, which began producing polypropylene in March 2025.  With an annual production capacity of 830,000 metric tonnes, the facility aims to satisfy domestic demand and position Nigeria as a net exporter in the global polypropylene market.
